More and more buyer of houses look for straight-lined designer villas in Mallorca with panoramic glass windows and minimalistic design, equipped with the latest utility management. But the island is unlikely to become part of the avantgarde of modern architecture, quite simply due to the lack of suitable building grounds. Modern designer villas can currently be found in Costa d’en Blanes, Camp de Mar and Sol de Mallorca. In Son Vida too, a few spectacular single properties stand out.

Most easily sold are the “ready-to-live” villas: interior designers create the complete interior with high quality materials such as the sandstone from Binissalem, wooden and granite floors, custom-made furniture, art objects and light effects for special LED illumination as well as designer bathrooms and kitchens.
For the outdoor area the puristic luxurious style of the steel constructions continues. There are impressive vitrified patios, spacious sun terraces, a heatable infinity-pool or a 15 m pool with jacuzzi as well as several roofed terraces with dining and lounge areas. The garden brings joy to the inhabitants with caringly composed flower beds including nocturnal illumination and a park of sculptures.
