In a home right by the sea, the summer in Mallorca can be enjoyed in all its facets.

Most of the Northern Europeans are drawn to the Southwest of the island. Bendinat, Puerto Portals, Santa Ponsa and Port Andratx are hotspots for luxury properties by the sea, because their wind-protected location assures pleasant temperatures even in January. Even peripheral areas such as Cala Viñas, Sol de Mallorca become more and more attractive, as is the Southeast between Palma, Cala Blava, Sa Torre, Puigderrós and Cala Pi, later especially in terms of price.

Luxury villas and luxury houses as well as lofts in first line for sale in Mallorca are particularly interesting for buyers of real estate and can easily cost 30 % more than a comparable property in second line.

The investment is worth its value, as prices for a mansion by the sea increase continuously.

A luxury apartment or a luxury penthouse currently cost between 2,5 - 5,5 million Euro, villas can be purchased from 3,5 million onwards and up to 30 million Euro. Moreover, there is a huge demand for projects in close proximity to the sea and the harbour.

It is obvious, no other landscape fascinates as much as the sea. Those, who find their home at their place of longing, enjoy several advantages: the demanded location, the unobstructable view, the total privacy. When sunbathing on your terrace no one but the waves will be watching you. And an infinity pool, whose waters flow right into the sea cannot even be beaten by an enormous luxury garden pool. And then, having your own jetty, your boat trips start right in front of your door - Can living be any more exclusive?
