Fans of the pristine Westcoast of Mallorca swear by the wild and romantic backdrop of the craggy landscape of the Tramuntana. Those who buy in Deià, Sóller or Fornalutx are happy about the distant view of the sea and the view over 1000-year old olive trees high up in the mountains. What kind of property one is living in, is not clearly defined. Apart from traditional houses made of natural stone, typical for this area, there are also modern villas equipped with the latest in home-technology.
